Birth Support Only

Didn't think you needed a doula, but now you do? I am available for continuous labor and birth support during the time of your birth where I can assist with advocating, providing emotional support, and aide as your birth journey progresses and so you don't have to do it alone! When in person, I will remain onsite through the golden hour to help with your transition of delivery to holding your baby.
Support during the birth
(typically after 36 weeks)

Where possible, the doula will arrive onsite to support you during labor, delivery and the golden hour. 

This service is available for vaginal, planned and unplanned c-section. 

Virtual Intake

Where possible, an intake will be completed virtually prior to the time of delivery. During this time, the doula will learn more about your pregnancy and preferences. 

Support for family

When applicable, doula can support family (including significant others) present at birth.
