Full Pregnancy Care Package

This is the standard package offered.

This package includes: 1:1 parent education, 2 prenatal visits (in-person or virtual depending on your preference), hands on assistance with hospital preparation, customized Birth preference plan, continuous labor and birth support during delivery, a postpartum care plan, on call support initiated at 36 weeks, and 1 postpartum follow-up, and communication with your doula throughout the pregnancy and first month postpartum.

Monthly Pregnancy Care Package

This package is great for those who want more support or first-time parents.

This package includes: 1:1 parent education, monthly prenatal visits following enrollment (in-person or virtual depending on your preference), hands on assistance with hospital preparation, customized birth preference planning, continuous labor and birth support during delivery, a postpartum care plan, on call support initiated at 36 weeks, 1 postpartum follow-up, and communication with your doula throughout the pregnancy and first month postpartum.

Partial Pregnancy Support Package

This package is an economical package for those who need less support, but still seeking a doula.

This package includes: customized 1:1 parent education, 2 prenatal visits (in-person or virtual depending on your preference), hands on assistance with hospital preparation, a postpartum care plan, 1 postpartum visit and communication with your doula throughout the pregnancy and first month postpartum.

Pay as You Go Pregnancy Visits

This package is a non-committal package designed by single visits to take your biggest needs and address them as they come up. You can have a few or as many visits as you need.

This package does not include all of the start items listed above for Pregnancy Support, but can include some of them, based on your needs.
